Contracting Officer Information

The U.S. Military Purchasing Directory is distributed to all DoD military bases and installations during the first quarter of the U.S. Government Fiscal Year. If you have not received your copy for the current fiscal year, please email a request to A.S.A. headquarters in Washington, D.C. at email address :copies@usmpd.us. Please include your name and complete mailing address for your base or installation in the request. Allow two weeks for delivery via U.S. Mail. Also, if you require additional copies for your purchasing office, you can email a request for additional copies via the same email address.

The new inter-active "On-Line" Version of the U.S. Military Purchasing Directory will become operational in the first quarter of FY 2011. During its developmental stage, we encourage all comments as to how to make this new site more "contracting officer friendly". Sharing your suggestions will make the new website more custom tailored to your needs. All comments and suggestions can be emailed to :input@usmpd.us.

NOTE: This website is for the sole use of DoD Contracting Officers. Commercial vendors who are registered with the CCR, should correspond via the FAX and voice phone numbers shown on their Directory eligibility notification letter.
